I am an English Tutor who has lived in Hong Kong since 1994. I returned to Australia for the last three years of school and to attend Griffith University. I have broad experience teaching English to kindergarten children, aged 3-10, from a range of backgrounds, and have tutored students up to the age of 16. I have just finished my PGCE at the University of Sunderland, specialising in teachingprimary students. I enjoy teaching and believe that the knowledge, skills, and attitudes I have gained over the last few years have allowed me to provide quality one-on-one tutoring. Most of my life has been spent in Hong Kong, where I have gone to school, taught, and tutored over a seven-year period. My connection and understanding of Hong Kong has given me insights into the education system and its importance to students and parents. My experience tutoring across Hong Kong has taken me into the homes of many local students who learn in a bilingual and international environment. Hey there! Thanks so much for checking out my profile. Over the past 7 years I have helped hundreds of students achieve their goals. Whether it has been supporting their school work, sitting exams, preparing for a job or university interview or sitting Cambridge, SATS or IELTS exams, I have been happy to help. I am PGDE, QTS and TEFL qualified. I teach both adults and children. Adults I have focused on conversation, business English and even interview and presentation prep. Similarly with children I have worked on better improving their four skills and sometimes more specific things like IELTS, Cambridge exams or GCSE and A-Level papers.
