Hello there! My name is Jane Cleofe A. Magno, Teacher Jane in short. I'm a resident of Cadiz City and I'm turning 22 this 19th day of October. I'm a graduate of Bachelor Degree in Mathematics Education at Philippine Normal University Visayas. I am hardworking and easily get things done before the due date.

I am a graduate in Chemical Engineering, and I am excited to find enthusiastic students to teach in Mathematics, particuarly Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, and Geometry. I am based in Parañaque City, but close enough to the border with Taguig that Gmaps decided that my address now says Taguig instead. In teaching, I strive to learn how my students like to learn, and adapt my methods of teaching to suit their learning style. In my experience, I've learned that many students respond well to very visual lessons, so I use different colors to draw attention to the most important parts of the concepts being discussed.

I am a fully Qualified Secondary School Teacher (Science). Over the last 10 years, I have been involved in Private Tuition in the areas of Mathematics and Physics for Exam/College Preparation as well as University Level Courses. I have experience in the UK (GCSE & A-Levels), the International Baccalaureate curriculum in Physics (SL/HL) and Mathematics (SL/HL), the Australian (Year11 & 12) School System as well as Oxbridge Admission tests (PAT/STEP). A large part of my work is related to University Level tuition but also the last two grades of High School (exam preparation). I have taught mathematics at that college, currently studying towards a bachelor degree in education doing the third year, SACE certificate holder with a mechanical engineering diploma. Also in possession of the assessor certificate.

I have been tutoring Maths for different public examination syllabus (e.g. HKCEE, HKAL, HKDSE, IB, IGCSE etc.) for over 13 years. And I was teaching in local secondary school at HK as a registered teacher. I also go forward for my PhD degree in Maths and I wish you to pass my passion in learning Maths to my students.

I am currently a student at King's College London Mathematics School. I have had a lot of experience in teaching mathematics at GCSE / AS to private students as well as small groups. As a tutor, I think it is very important to explain: Why maths concepts work the way they do, rather than just learning 'facts', as this provides both, a more thorough understanding of the subject and additional skills to tackle harder problems. In addition, having achieved grade 9 in Mathematics and A* with Distinction in Further Mathematics, I can say that I am very familiar with the GCSE Mathematics curriculum. I am fascinated by maths and my intention is to make my students love it as well.
