I was educated at the specialist Physics-Mathematics School. During my school time I enjoyed constructing various electronics devices (from vacuum tube based amplifiers to transistor based radio receivers). My University study was at the Physics Faculty where I was awarded MSc Radiophysics and Electronics. My Final Year Project was implemented at the Physics research institute in the research automation lab and it was related to the Systems Programming. This led me to doing PhD in Systems Programming. I am doing teaching of various aspects of Computer Science at the University level from 1984.

In 2015 I have started private tutoring of Maths (up to GCSE), Physics (upto GCSE) and Computer Science (up to PhD).

I am trying to establish what are the needs of the learner, e.g. preparation to the University Computer Science exam, preparation for the entry exams to the London Westminster School, preparation to the Computer Science GCSE exam, preparation to the KS-2/KS-3 level tests, etc. After initial talk with the the student and based on their needs I define how I can help, e.g. by identifying suitable testing materials in order to find out the gaps in their knowledge and based on that flexibly adjusting.
