My strong initiative and exceptional organisational skills, combined with my ability to work well under pressure, allow me to play a crucial role in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, with the ability to simplify lesson plans in line with specific curriculum objectives, I believe I will make a noticeable impact on students' educational standards. My BA degree is in the English Language for Education and has enabled me to promote an inclusive learning and teaching environment, working in multi-professional teams and exploring as well as meeting key issues in education. Combined with my PGCE in secondary English; grade 7 to second-year sixth form students, I have experience teaching grade 6 students.
