My name is Stefania. I'm 32 years old and I'm the founder of Chandra Yoga Studio, a yoga school in Bologna, Italy. I moved to Thailand one year ago, and now I'm teaching here and organizing yoga retreats and travels around the country. Passionate about holistic well-being (body and mind) for as long as I can remember, I started practicing Iyengar yoga 10 years ago and began teaching 4 years ago. I'm still studying and practicing different kinds of yoga to expand my knowledge. I teach Hatha yoga, with a touch of dynamic elements from Vinyasa.
