I enjoy meeting people, laughing, playing football, watching a good movie, and most importantly, spending time with my loved ones. I am an open book, curious, inquisitive, a hard worker, and very creative.

I am bilingual; both my parents are French speakers. Although my native language is English, my first language is French. I have just completed my Post Graduate Certificate in Education in Modern Foreign Languages (French and EAL {English as an additional language}) and have taught in London schools. Prior to this, I was a teaching assistant at the British School of Paris for three years and worked extensively with the French department during that time, adapting to different learners and their needs. Particularly in preparing them for assessments in the key four skills (Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking).

With my background in film and my interest in sports, as well as leveraging emerging technology, I strive to ensure that my lessons are always engaging and relevant to the interests of my students. I am incredibly passionate about teaching culture, viewing it as equally important as teaching language. My way of teaching is to listen to my students and work out what excites them, what they are passionate about, and use that to build a foundation for a strong relationship. Furthermore, I use this to inspire the work I do, such as my lesson planning. I am incredibly passionate about football and films, have a deep interest in F1, sci-fi novels, podcasts, animated shows, etc. I use my knowledge of these things to create highly engaging and interactive lessons.
