Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Jarcque, but you can call me J. I am originally from Westminster, London, but was raised in New Zealand and Thailand. I now reside near the beach in Pattaya, Thailand.

In my free time, I like to absorb information regarding personal training, health and well-being, sustainable living culture, and how to live a vibrant and stress-free life. I also enjoy riding my motorbike and exploring new locations. I love coffee and café culture, gardens, different cuisines (especially Sushi!), researching ancient history, human anatomy and origins, consciousness and spirituality, philosophy, chemistry, world events, and other alternative and controversial topics.

I consider myself to be very flexible and open-minded. I have had many experiences in a variety of industries and multicultural communities, which allow me to be relatable and sensitive to all kinds of backgrounds and walks of life. I'm a team player and a problem solver.

I've worked with all age ranges of adults and children during my time in the education field, and I befriend people easily. I am also an aspiring student of calisthenics and have a passion for nutrition, health, and self-development.
