I have an Honours Degree in Inclusive Education obtained from the University of South Africa (2018). I am a qualified teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and Development Studies (English Language & Literature in English) obtained from the National University of Lesotho in 2013. I have seven years of teaching experience, five of which I was a Facilitator in Higher Certificate (HC Level 5) in Early Childhood Development & National Diploma in Educare (N4-N6) at Damelin College. My responsibilities included facilitating, assessing, and moderating learners' Portfolios of Evidence (PoE's). I function as a mentor, Special Needs and remedial teacher for learners with special needs integrated into mainstream education. I try to explain different concepts by using role-play, discussing topics that are of interest to learners, current affairs, and hot topics to get learners interested in their learning.
