Hello there, learners! I am teacher Ylaine from the Philippines. I have been an experienced ESL teacher at MONOL for 5 months after graduating from college. I am a licensed teacher since 2014 with a Master’s Degree in English. Currently, I am teaching as an English teacher and an adviser in Junior high school for almost 10 years. I have been teaching students in grammar, pronunciation, and literature. Additionally, I have students in senior high school, specifically in grades 11 and 12. Sometimes, I also work as a freelance host at events. Throughout the years that I have been teaching, I have learned a lot in the career I chose. First, I learned to be patient with students who are having a hard time learning the English language. Second, I always strive to be at my best to help students who are fast learners. Lastly, I learned that learning is a continuous process. It may be challenging at times, but we need to keep pushing and learning to love our students because each one is a unique individual learning in different styles. During class hours, I often sing and dance to break the boredom of my students. I believe that this is my calling - to touch hearts and lives through teaching.

I love my students to speak thier minds and learn the proper way of talking and enunciating words while enriching their vocabulary.
