Much of my experience at YCIS has been teaching Humanities, English Language and Literature, and Character Education using the PBL model to Year 7 students. This system integrates an inquiry approach to the curriculum by using the learning communities model. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my team to create our own personalized units of learning centered around driving questions, which are shared across all subjects in the year.
