Good day beautiful people. I am a fun, energetic, enthusiastic teacher who loves working with people of all ages. I come from the corporate industry, and moving into the Educational sector has been very fulfilling for me. My life's goal is to improve the lives of others and the way I can contribute to humanity is by helping others improve their English skill. I am patient and hold a lot of compassion for others. With me we have no boring classes. My classes are fun and you can expect to learn something new every day. We move at your pace and ability and I encourage you to push yourself and to evolve into the person you are meant to become. Learning another language doesn’t have to be a difficult task. I believe if you have the right teacher you can achieve many things in life. I am here to assist you every step of the way. Once our class is concluded, I will send you a summary with a short description and links for you to practice in your own time. English being a global language is the most widely spoken language in the world, and learning to speak English will increase your chances to get a job, participate in discussions, and improve your networking skills. Being able to speak English allows you to communicate effectively in numerous countries, and this opens up lots of possibilities for you in terms of the countries you could choose to seek work in one day – not to mention travel to as a tourist. You won’t have to worry about getting lost when you travel to an English-speaking country, as you’ll easily be able to ask for directions, and taking guided tours, ordering food and chatting to the locals will no longer be a source of stress. I am here to assist with all of that. We will start with a needs analysis to establish what you would like to focus on learning, and then we will take it from there. I am a TESOL qualified teacher of English from New Zealand. I have been teaching English since 2018 and I hold a graduate diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) from Waikato Institute of Technology, New Zealand. Originally from Russia, I now reside in New Zealand. I have been living here since 2013. I got married in New Zealand, we’ve got a beautiful little boy who is currently two years old. I love nature a lot, I prefer places untouched by humans, or built and run with environmental sustainability in mind. I believe it is very important to take care of nature and our planet. I love the outdoors. My life is all about expanding my self-awareness and self-development. And I achieve that through travelling, practising mindfulness and living a healthy lifestyle. Amongst my other interests are home organisation, wholefood vegetarian cooking and natural medicine. And most recently, I got passionate about natural parenting, gentle and respectful early childhood education and care. Have taken IELTS exams, both Academic and General.

I am from South Africa. I speak fluent English with a pinch of South African and British accent. I am a professional civil engineer for over 10 years and I have need coaching generations of young engineers English for the engineering examinations. I have a CELPIP score of 11 and IELTS score of 9 for speaking. I also speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin, which may come in handy to explain specific learning attributes during the English tutoring lessons. The best way to learn and speak English like a native is through practice and conversation.

I have the necessary experience in versatile language spheres, which include teaching, language practice, and translation. I apply these skills regularly in various teaching processes, assisting my students with tasks such as preparing their motivation letters for work or educational programs, CVs, and homework. Hello! My name is Trevor, and I've been teaching English for about 6 years. I've taught everone, from kindergarteners in China, to Government ministers in Azerbaijan. I'm happy teaching both online and in person, and I will give you the confidence you need to communicate with native speakers. My approach to learning is different to other English teachers.
