Growing up in an international sphere, I am a native English speaker constantly curious about culture and history. As a former national competitor of speech in the US, I have coached speech for 3 years both abroad and in Hong Kong. A graduate of Columbia University, I have been based in Hong Kong for the past three years. I am passionate about building confidence and empowering young people to be curious and love learning. I am very comfortable with teaching critical thinking, reading, writing, speaking, and grammar. I believe English is easy to learn with consistent, dedicated time and practice. Let's get started!

Rose Stanley is a writer, artist, published poet, and a seasoned English teacher of 20+ years. Her work with urban students and the surrounding community on a “Poetry Slam” earned her the teacher of the year award in 2001. She also teaches theatre and production to high school continuation students and has produced 4 plays at the local high school level. Hello! My name is Chloe, and I'm an experienced native English teacher. I have been in Hong Kong for nearly 3 years now and have worked in the education and childcare sector for nearly 4 years in total. I have a university degree, a UK TEFL certificate, and I am currently studying for my Post Graduate Certificate in Education in Early Years Teaching. I have two years of experience teaching early learners in an international kindergarten, and an additional year's experience teaching both adults and children English within a learning center here in Hong Kong. I am an engineering graduate with an MBA and have a very high proficiency in English, as I have learned and used it throughout my education and career.
