In the 10 years I've been Tutoring English I've been able to use my educational background in English Literature and Psychology for the enrichment of my students in central New Jersey and metro Philadelphia. Hi! My name is Daniela. I live in Toronto, Ontario and I'm passionate about the English language and plethora of literature it has produced! I have expertise in literary history, dissecting those tricky Shakespeare plays and writing concise and powerful essays. I graduated from the University of Toronto in 2017 with an honours Bachelor of Arts specializing in English Literature, and will soon be starting a Master's degree to further enhance my skills as not only an academic, but a passionate fanatic of fiction, poetry and prose. Therefore it's important that we look after each other! I was introduced to the English language, in all its entirety and vastness, not through school but Spongebob Squarepants at the young age of 6. I quickly realized that my fascination with the language overshadowed my fascination with the cartoon series (which being the MASSIVE Spongebob fan I was, was surprising to say the least). I've been passionate about the language since and have been helping others witness and appreciate the role, prospects and virtues of a language as universal as English. Some practical information: I've been living in Amsterdam for the last 4 years and am currently a second year Media & Information student at the Universiteit van Amsterdam.
