My name is Mrs. Annatasha Brown- Reid. I am 26 years of age. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education. I have been in the Education System since 2016. I educate students who are incompetent in English language. I am motivating, I am extremely patient. These characteristics I show case because I strongly believe that students need a patient, motivator for them to excel in their weaknesses. During my years of teaching, I realized that students need teachers who are fun, loving and patient with them. I bestowed such needs and the result I received was successful students. I am extremely delight when my students excel in areas of incompetence. I will forever continue to help my students in striving for excellence.

A recent graduate with a 2.1 BA (Hons) in Drama and English Literature from The University of Birmingham, I am a passionate person who endeavours to enthuse young people to flourish both academically and personally. While at university, I sought out a voluntary position in the Education department at Birmingham Botanical Gardens, in order to engage with outreach learning in the leisure industry. I have also assisted with a theatre group while at sixth form college, tutoring secondary school students in singing techniques and holding warmups at the beginning of rehearsals. Most recently, I have worked within two secondary schools as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the English department, providing support across KS3 and KS4, both within a large class and with small groups. In addition, I also became involved in providing support for SEN students and effectively dealing with pastoral issues, due to my empathetic and sensitive demeanour. I am Abigail D., and I am 23 years old from Cape Town, South Africa.

Upon completing my Master's degree in the UK from a highly regarded university, I dove straight into teaching due to my passion for the career as well as my love for children. I started out teaching English for a few years at a reputable tuition centre before becoming a freelance tutor. So far, I have accumulated more than 6 years of teaching experience and have taught more than 250 students in total. Most of these students have gone on to achieve stellar results in various examinations such as PSLE and O'Levels. Last year, one of my students even scored 270 for her PSLE, while another achieved 6 distinctions for his O'Levels! I specialize in teaching English for both Primary and Secondary levels.
