Hi! I'm a fully funded merit scholarship recipient studying in my final semester towards a Mechanical Engineering Honours degree at PolyU. I grew up in Bangladesh with a Singaporean curriculum background until Grade 7 and GCE O/A Levels thereafter. I teach all my students like little brothers and sisters, and helping them enjoy their learning brings me joy~

I am a primary teacher with 7 years of experience in local and international schools, as well as 10 years of experience in tutoring. I hold a PGCE and I am trained in Montessori pedagogy. From my early childhood, I was passionate about maths, and in my 5th grade, I was solving high school maths problems. When I turned 16, I was accepted to one of the best physical and mathematical lyceums in Ukraine, and then graduated from it with an average grade of 9.0. While studying there, I took part in various maths Olympiads and even won a few of them. I also tutored in my free time, which helped me gain a wide knowledge of different tutoring techniques. For the past 2 years, I have been implementing these techniques in my lessons, and they have been yielding great results. One of my students was successfully enrolled in the best Ukrainian maths university, and the other went to study maths in the UK. Currently, I am studying at the University of Amsterdam in the Actuarial Science program and can also prepare a student for enrollment in this university. I am fluent in three languages: English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and I can teach in all of them. Not only can I explain the math content of exercises, but I can also explain all math terms in English, which can be really useful for those who are planning to study abroad.
