I was a top student in mathematics at my college. I find mathematics to be an interesting subject because, in my opinion, once you understand the concepts, it becomes like a piece of cake. I am currently looking for a job here in Thailand and I have past experience with teaching, so this is not something new to me. I teach mathematics, physics, and chemistry for both CAPS and CAIE (Cambridge). As a top achiever in these subjects (90%, 90%, 89% respectively) at my school (El Shaddai Christian School), I understand how stressful the content can be and how best to break it down and compartmentalize the information in a way that is conducive to your learning. This means we can explore written notes, audio notes, postcards, test practice, etc. until we find the approach that works for your style of thinking and your academic goals. I will initially request marked assessments (quizzes, tests, exams, or homework failing all else) to assess your answering style, identify problem areas, and then find material to reinforce the required learning.
