I am Farhana Sabrin, currently working as the Head of the Mathematics department at Wells International School, Thailand. I also teach Algebra II, AP Calculus AB, IB Math Analysis & Approaches Standard Level. In addition to that, I am working as an active IB examiner for the last two years. As a secondary Mathematics teacher for more than five years, I have found that my passion and commitment to teaching have only grown with every year. I strive to provide students with a stimulating, challenging, and healthy learning environment where sharing oneself, thinking aloud, observing, questioning, and investigating is highly encouraged. I consider myself a lifelong learner who believes in staying up to date with the current pedagogy and teaching methods. In my opinion, it is imperative to be adept at how to integrate technology efficiently and effectively in the curriculum to ensure student academic success. I constantly reflect on my teaching style and am firmly convinced that learning from experience is the best way to discover new ways to teach and help my learners grow. I earned my bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Assumption University of Thailand, and I completed my master's degree in International Teaching from Framing State University.
