Hello, this is Rittu Paul from India. Professionally, I am an engineer and an MBA professional. Currently, I am working in Singapore in a field that requires a lot of mathematical applications. I used to teach mathematics as a home tutor for 5 years when I was in India. It has always been an enjoyable experience for me when it comes to teaching mathematics. I have a strong command of mathematics and used to teach all grades of high school and higher secondary subjects, with a special interest in Probability. Every student is different and has a unique way of grasping lessons. I prefer to be patient and accompany the students on their learning journey. Basics are important, and that's what mathematics is all about. If you truly understand the basics and how formulas exist, Maths will never be a challenge. A few of the simple teaching techniques that I use include: 1. Teaching by using worked examples. 2. Creating colorful posters to summarize each section covered, which includes ALL formulas. 3. Administering mock tests at the end of each section. 4. Allowing students to complete 10-minute mini tests at the end of every lesson, focusing on the material learned during that particular lesson. 5. Going through past papers set by the Department of Education as a final revision before assessments.

I provided academic assistance to students of all grades to develop strong literacy, numeracy, and social skills. I used personalized learning plans to guide students towards a deeper understanding of course materials and learning patterns in an interactive environment. Additionally, I tracked the learning progress of each individual to enhance their academic abilities. Overall, I tutored over 30 students of all grades and subjects to help them achieve their desired goals.

I am currently working as a Mathematics online tutor to American students from varying grade levels.
