Rose Stanley is a writer, artist, published poet, and a seasoned English teacher of 20+ years. Her work with urban students and the surrounding community on a “Poetry Slam” earned her the teacher of the year award in 2001. She also teaches theatre and production to high school continuation students and has produced 4 plays at the local high school level.
When she isn’t writing or teaching, she loves spending time painting, working on DIY projects, and enjoying time with her family, and very spoiled dog.
