I'm a fully qualified English teacher with 12+ years of teaching experience. I have also provided quality tuition to families for the last 3 years. I can identify areas that children are excelling in and areas where they need assistance. I adopt strategies that allow pupils to enhance their English proficiency skills and feel more confident in their ability.

I belive it is of the utmost importance to develop a bond and rapport with the pupils I tutor. My lessons consist of short grammar and punctuation activities as well as reading and writing tasks. I also incorporate self assessment in my lessons to ensure pupils understand the characteristics of the different text types. In addition to this I also use different types of texts and media in my teaching to cater to all learning styles and to ensure that the pupils are engaged throughout.
