I graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, majoring in accounting and finance. I obtained a good GPA throughout university and maintained a GPA above 3.5 in high school. I completed the Alberta high school curriculum, which has helped me become proficient in English.

During the weekdays, I work in the financial services industry and am currently obtaining my licenses.

My first tutoring experience was tutoring basic mathematics to children in Cambodia. I believe that a strong future requires a positive mindset towards academics, at least for most people. I believe you have to fool your brain into thinking that what you are learning is interesting in order to achieve good results.

For English, especially at a young age, speaking and reading will be key foundational blocks. I recommend books that can capture the students' interest and reading them together.

As for maths, practice is crucial. I strongly believe in incorporating visual learning methods, like using cubes and demonstrations, rather than relying solely on paper and pen learning. Read less
