Hello! I am a Chicago based writer and English teacher. During the day, I work as a communications director for a large non-profit. I graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2016 with a degree in television writing and producing and I recently finished my masters in written communications at National Louis University. I believe in giving a student the space to discover in what way they learn best. I know from experience that the method in which one student learns something may not be the same for another. The English language is simply one way of communicating and it can be both beautiful and frustrating! I believe that if we keep an open mind and approach the intricacies of the English language as a sort of fun "puzzle" to piece together, learning can be enjoyable and low-stress. Read less
