I have been working primarily as an educator. In this capacity, I have interfaced frequently with students, parents, and staff. I have worked as a homeroom teacher, EAL teacher, Science and Math teacher, and taught English, Math, Science, and Hindi at Primary and Secondary levels for over 15 years. This experience has instilled multidimensional communication skills and an ability to recognize, act upon, and fulfill students’ wants and needs in order to ensure their continued and holistic development. As a result, I believe my combined ability to successfully manage the classroom and effectively implement lesson plans makes me a good teacher. My vast experience in teaching and learning over the years has helped me hone my skills in terms of processes, organization, making unbiased recommendations, coordination, effective communication for the needs of students, monitoring and assessing student performance to make improvements and take corrective actions.
