Hi, I’m an American IDP IELTS expert and university lecturer with 13 years of teaching experience in Vietnam, including 6 years working directly with IDP as an IELTS Expert. I specialize in online IELTS coaching that shows students how the test is actually marked, rather than relying on guesswork or memorized answers.

I teach all four skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. In addition, I also focus on making band descriptors and examiner expectations clear and practical. I explain how examiners mark the test in a simple way, so you know exactly why you get a certain band and what to do to improve it. We work on all four skills, but I spend a lot of time giving specific feedback on writing and speaking, especially grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
