I am a qualified teacher with a Bachelor's degree in education from the University of Witwatersrand. I tutor Accounting and Economics, my lesson offer one on one interaction where you get a chance to focus on a topic with no interruptions from peers. Simplified lessons where you get a chance to learn a topic with music or a game created to check to understand. I am based in East Rand from Kwa-Thema.

A chartered accountant with professional working experience in the fields of audit and accounting with multinational organizations including the big four and small accountancy firms/consultancy practices. Alongside this, I have worked internationally (UK, Australia, Pakistan) as an academic content writer in the subjects of accounting, audit, finance, economics, and business. I have been involved in conducting and preparing business feasibility reports and analysis, standard operating procedures for companies, business/ investment plans, creating research content for students in my subject areas.

I have more than seven years of experience in professional accounting and my ways of teaching are extremely practical driven and easy to relate the present scenarios and laws. The best part of my teaching are illustrations used to explain the concept are highly simplified, practical oriented and easy to grasp the concept. Most importantly, my teaching is solely dependent upon the concepts since accounting is purely a practical subject and students don't have to cram the things to pass the exams. Instead I always try my lectures should be more of a participatory sessions and less of my speaking. Lastly, my tutoring is not only restricted to the syllabus of exam but majorly I try to give them some out of the syllabus knowledge which probably will be helpful for students when they will be working. My recent roles have been more diverse after taking early retirement as head of Sixth Form at Ashton on Mersey 6th Form. In 2013 I helped to set up Manchester International Business College and achieved accreditation for undertaking ILM programmes to Level 7. Having mentored several candidates to ILM Diploma in management and Leadership at Level 5. My role here was to liaise with management on the progress of the candidates as their assessments were submitted. My final full time role was Head of Learning Sixth Form at Ashton on Mersey School, where I was responsible for curriculum development and developing an innovative learning environment for young adults. I taught academic subjects of Business, Accounting, financial accounting and General Studies as well as vocational BTEC National Business finance units. As a key part of my role I managed the education programmes for Manchester United FC in contributing to the development of young players education. I believe my role as Curriculum Manager of 14-19 business at South Trafford College where I was teaching ‘A’ level Business Studies, Accounting and BTEC National Diploma in Business vocational programmes at level 3, also teaching basic bookkeeping, introduction to accounting and AAT level 2 and 3. Has provided me with established experience to contribute fully to meeting the needs of the post. I currently have several independent students via an on-line business college guiding them to achieve the qualification of their choosing. Recently I guided a candidate to CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership success. Also managed to guide students to achieve the grades ranging from B to A* in the AQA AS/A2 Business and Accounting papers. I find this rewarding as this allows me to keep abreast of current educational issues and management standards as well as examiner requirements via regular CPD.
