I am from Yorkshire, a county in the north of England known for its Roman and Viking heritage. At 18, I moved to Warwick in the heart of England to study Physics. Then, I moved even further south, to London. During my PhD in Geoscience in London, I started tutoring science privately. After completing my PhD, I lectured for 1 year at University College London.
