I am a British born Chinese who can speak both fluent English and Cantonese. I've had 2 years of private tutoring experience in the UK and am familiar with the HK education system. I have completed the 120 hours TEFL course and am TEFL certified with an A. I am experienced in working and being around children of all ages due to the 3 years of babysitting experience I've had. A recent graduate with a 2.1 BA (Hons) in Drama and English Literature from The University of Birmingham, I am a passionate person who endeavours to enthuse young people to flourish both academically and personally. While at university, I sought out a voluntary position in the Education department at Birmingham Botanical Gardens, in order to engage with outreach learning in the leisure industry. I have also assisted with a theatre group while at sixth form college, tutoring secondary school students in singing techniques and holding warmups at the beginning of rehearsals.
