I am Carmela Joyce Pendon Samson from the Philippines, and I graduated from Notre Dame of Midsayap College, one of the great Catholic schools in North Cotabato, Philippines. It is the first Notre Dame School in Asia with a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English and a consistent Dean's Lister. During my fourth year in college, I was employed as a Pre-service teacher at Notre Dame of Midsayap College - Integrated Basic Education Department. My student-teaching experiences allowed me to assume all the responsibilities of a high school teacher at multiple levels. I was also assigned to Sadaan Elementary School and Lt.
