My name is Alan and I am a native speaker of English from Australia. I have traveled the world in my life and have a great understanding of many different cultures. Both of my daughters are also English high school teachers, with the eldest speaking 5 different languages and the younger one speaking 4 and teaching languages at her high school. My students will have the opportunity to visit South Korea with me for one day every 2 months, where available. My interests are golf and photography, and I am able to help students with these interests. I am Australian born and bred, but I am now residing in Vietnam where I offer my services to many underprivileged children for the betterment of their lives. I am a dedicated teacher and want my students to succeed in their endeavours through life.

I have been teaching in Thailand for 5 years now. Previously, I was employed in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences as a college instructor for levels 1, 2, and 3. I have extensive experience in tutoring Koreans both online and face-to-face.

My English teaching experience includes phonics, grammar and math . Located in Chiangmai the class can be hold both at the English club or at students house. My clear American accent started since I was 4 years old while living with my parents in the United States of America, although they are US citizens but I chose to return to Thailand and succeeded my bachelors in Science of Pharmacy from Chiangmai University. As I am a registered pharmacist but teaching brings joy to me every single time, so 4 years of teaching pharmacy students and nearly two years of home tutoring students age 4.5 to 9 years old gave me more and more teaching skills on matters of engagement and core lesson. Induce focus and understanding of the learning is the most important goal of my lesson plan.

My name is Joanita and I am passionate about teaching English. I have taught English to speakers of other languages from France, Italy, Spain and I look forward to using my skills to train young learners to develop their reading, speaking, listening & writing skills. I am a Graduate in English Literature and History and I have also done the CELTA course from the British Council. I use flexible approaches to teach and try to make learning a fun and memorable experience. My students find my lessons engaging and vibrant as I keep them engaged in various tasks and activities such as puzzles, quizzes, games. English is not just about learning vocabulary or grammar or sentence structure. It’s about the application of these technicalities into the expression of your ideas and thoughts. In my lessons I try to minimise the technicalities as it becomes dull and boring, however I emphasize the need for it as it’s the basis on which the language is structured. While teaching English online I have used Power Point presentations and other innovative applications such as Padlet, Quizlet, Socrative & Kahoot to make learning fun and interactive. I believe learning is an exchange. There were times when I have learnt a thing or two from my students and I cannot but treasure those Eureka moments when my students have felt they could contribute to the lesson with their own ideas such as using Google docs to share documents or any other innovative learning platform.

I am a licensed teacher in the Philippines and worked in the Department of Education as an elementary teacher for almost ten years. I also had part time tutorials for three years. Presently, I am teaching English in a private school here in Hatyai.

My experience has been that one-to-one personal tuition has a unique value to students because of the ability to resolve the student's personal barriers to learning in a way that lays the foundations for a deep and long-lasting understanding of the subject.

I have worked in Thailand for 25 years, and for 20 years, I ran my own English language center in Sattahip. I taught students from the age of 6 to adult, including grammar for university entrance tests. I also taught at Mattayom schools, specializing in teaching pronunciation, vocabulary, listening, and grammar. I use games to help students improve their memory and teach teenagers how to successfully tackle multiple-choice tests. For adults, I taught a variety of specialisms including English for interviews, English for medical professionals, handling communication with English-speaking bosses at work, TOEFL, TOEIC. I have now relocated to Roi Et and am seeking part-time work as I am semi-retired. I speak enough Thai to assist Thai students whose English understanding is poor.

I am currently studying civil engineering in KMUTT and will graduate in June 2024. I have experience giving tuition to few Thai students from middle school. Back in my home country, I helped community kids with their homework and exams.
