I have over a decade of teaching experience, including 5 years teaching English and Social Studies to middle school students and 6 years teaching Social Studies at the high school level. I am licensed to teach English, Social Studies, and English as a Second Language for 5th to 12th grade. I am currently learning French and German for the purpose of further studies in the engineering fields. Being a language student myself, I am convinced of the importance of the relationship between language acquisition and academic (and even professional) endeavors as a necessary component for successful career pathing in our contemporary globalized and increasingly globalizing world.
