My name is Shafaq Umar. This year marks my 20th year in teaching. I am currently residing and working in Thailand as a Project Based Learning Consultant. I hold a master's degree in Economics and a PGCE (UCL). I was chosen to work with a school in Bangkok from an IB school in Pakistan where I had been associated for 10 years. I feel blessed to have received many national and international PDs, which have broadened my horizons and helped me set SMART goals for the learners, enabling them to ‘learn to learn’. While I have always felt driven to be an early/primary school educator, the joy I feel from facilitating the growth and development of the students reaffirms my passion for my profession. I don't believe in cookie-cutter formats for the learners. I truly believe in 'tailored instruction' in alignment with individual learning needs. Each of us is unique and we all have the power to learn. Leadership, empathy, and communication are some of the other 21st-century skills that I like to foster in my learners to produce global-minded learners.

I am currently a university student earning my degree towards Bachelors of Drama, Theatre and Performance. I am studying in University of Sussex (Brighton, United Kingdom). Before this, I studied in Marymount Secondary School, known for their high EMI standards - I earned a DSE 5* in English Language and 8 in IELTS. I have experience in teaching as an international youth theatre and drama teacher in Hong Kong for two years (mainly 3-11 year olds), co-hosting in workshops that focus on English articulation, speaking, expression, confidence, fluency, volume, and more. My name is Riddah and was born and raised in Hong Kong. I completed my secondary and higher education in Hong Kong. I have completed my BA (Honors) Business Administration from Birmingham City University. While studying I have gained insight into business and how it works. Furthermore, I was exposed to various sectors in business such as management practice, approaches of business, accounting and marketing and similar areas. Hey there! I'm teacher Joyce, I'm a Foreign Teacher here in Thailand for almost 6 years now. I've been teaching "All Levels"starting from Pre-Kindergarten to Higher level mainly focusing on English language conversation. I love kids as I have my kids on my own and I believe that loving your students like your own kid will lead you on becoming an effective teacher. I am flexible, I love free-conversational topics as that's how the learners will learn and adapt the language more easily. The main subject that I teach is English. I have tutored both primary and secondary school students in a local tutorial centre for 2 years, with good command of both English and Cantonese.
