Physics can feel overwhelming—but it doesn't have to be. I'm a passionate tutor and Biomedical Engineering student at HKU with over 2 years of experience helping A/L and O/L students truly understand Physics. I break down complex theories into simple, visual explanations and guide students through mastering past papers with practical tips and tricks. From mechanics to electromagnetism, my lessons focus on understanding core concepts and applying them confidently in exams. I believe Physics should feel logical and intuitive—and I'm here to make that happen for you.

I recently completed the IB, taking Physics, AA HL, Economics, and Sports Science. With this diverse mix of subjects, I bring both academic rigor and practical understanding to the table. My approachable nature allows me to relate to students, and my experiences help me connect with them on both academic and personal levels, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for learning.

I have a master's degree in Physics and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Chemical Engineering in South Korea. I have nearly ten years of teaching experience and currently teach students from India, UAE, Canada, US, and UK. I teach students who are preparing for IB and Cambridge examinations.

I am a Year 4 student majoring in Computer Science and Statistics at HKU. I have an extensive background in physics and a keen interest in Quantum Physics and Relativity. I am also a physics researcher at MIT, currently working under Professor Isaac Cheung. I come from an IGCSE and GCE (UK curriculum) background with exceptional grades in all STEM subjects at both O-Level and A-Level. I hope to make physics enjoyable for everyone.

Tutored maths and science to primary and secondary students, MYP Math, IB Physics (SL), IB Mathematics (SL), O level Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry, PSLE Mathematics from 2005 to 2023. I also taught O level Students (E Math, A Math, Physics, and Chemistry) and ‘A’ level students (Physics and C Math) in ST. FRANCIS METHODIST SCHOOL in Singapore for four years from July 1997 to January 2001.

With a passion for physics education, upon graduating from Imperial, I went straight into my PGCE at the Institute of Education (now part of UCL). I spent eight years teaching at King's College School Wimbledon, then three at Wimbledon High School, including time as head of department. I have also spent six years as an examiner for Edexcel A-level papers, so I have a detailed knowledge of insider exam tricks.

I am a native English-speaking International School teacher who focuses on building relationships with students. I have taught everything from Senior Physics to junior English because I connect with students and work on motivating them to achieve their very best, regardless of the subject or age. In addition to providing individual 1:1 tuition, I also conduct group classes at my "Curious Kid Lab" in Sheung Wan. I enjoy encouraging students to ponder over science apparatus, robotics equipment, or even apps. It is through this sense of wonder and exploration that students are able to grow. I am based in Pok Fu Lam on Hong Kong Island, but I am willing to travel to all parts of Hong Kong.
