I am a native English speaker from Surrey, South London, in the UK. I am a qualified Pearson Professional Academic Trainer, TEFL Dip Level 4, TESOL Business English, and City & Guilds PTLLS English teacher.

While in the UK, I worked as a private tutor in Maths and ICT for 11-16-year-olds, preparing them for their GCSE examinations. Subsequently, I moved to Bangkok, Thailand, to teach business English in a corporate environment.

After 10 years in Asia, communicating with English as a second language speakers, I feel that I have learned a great deal that could be brought to bear in lessons that would have an impact in real-world settings.

I have taught students ranging from absolute beginners to advanced learners and have provided guidance on technical wordings in legal, financial, and contract settings for fluent but non-native speakers.
