Guide learning with questions. This help assess student's learning progress, and enhance memory. Ultimately this facilitates student to connect old and new knowledge. 採取邊問邊教的學習方式。 一來可檢視學習進度,二來可加深記憶,然後讓同學較易把新與舊知識連貫。

Q: Do you provide regular homework and assignments, and how do you review and provide feedback on student work?

Yes, I provide homework that help me ensure student keep on practicing what he/she has learned, but it shouldn't become a source of stress. I shall provide feedback on student work during lesson. 導師給同學簡單的作業,旨在確定同學有溫故知新,不會構成很大的功課壓力。導師亦會在課堂上就同學完成了的作業作出回應。

Q: What technology or resources do you use to enhance your lessons, particularly for online sessions?

Videos, images and audio resources available online are applied to teaching. 導師運用網上錄像、圖像及音像資源支援教學。

Q: Do you provide any additional support outside of scheduled lesson times, such as answering questions via email or phone?

The teacher provides extra time (About 10 minutes) upon teaching completed in every lesson, for student to ask question based on what he/she has learned. 每次課堂1小時。每次課堂完成後會提供額外約十分鐘時間供同學提問關於導師曾教過的內容。

Q: Do you have any specific strategies for motivating students who may be struggling or disengaged with the subject material?

Yes. When I taught in educational institute, I took up the role of SEN (Students with Educational Needs) Coordinator, who provides support to SEN and other teachers who teacher SEN. 導師過去曾任教教育機構並為有特殊教育需要的學生及其他有份任教他們的老師提供支援
