Q: What level of accounting do you teach, and what grades or levels are you comfortable teaching?

From grades 8 to 12. I teach from first year to final year accounting for tertiary students.

Q: Do you have experience with online teaching platforms or virtual tutoring, and what is your preferred method of communication with students?

I am well versed with onpine teaching platforms and my preferred method of communication with students is online platforms such as Whatsapp, Skype, Instagram.

Q: How do you ensure that students understand the accounting concepts and principles they are learning, and how do you reinforce that knowledge?

I explain the accounting concepts and principles in a simple, clear way using simple examples so that they understand it. In order to reinforce the knowledge, I give students a class activity to check their understanding.

Q: How do you help students prepare for accounting exams or standardized tests?

I perform a complete revision of the content. In addition I work out with the students exam papers, giving them information on how the answer questions in exams/tests.

Q: Do you offer any additional resources or materials to supplement your lessons, such as practice exercises or online tutorials?

I always provide additional resources to my students such as practice exercises, PPT slides on the topic and additional tutorials to further enhance their understanding of the topic.

Q: How do you help students prepare for accounting exams or coursework, and what strategies do you use to build their confidence in their accounting abilities?

I prepare my students for accounting exams by doing intense revision of the syllabus. Strategies I use to build students confidence in their accounting abilities include giving them many practice exercises/questions, additional and supplementary study notes.
