Hello, I'm Teacher Joanna. I have been an ESL teacher here in Bangkok for 4 years. I have taught the English language to primary students. I've earned a TESOL certificate from 51 Talk Online Teaching. I am an active, passionate, loving, and supportive teacher to my students. I have been teaching for over 16 years now, and with that being said, many of my students have successfully passed their English exams and significantly improved their English skills. My training includes Referencing and Essay Writing, and we have assisted thousands of students in making their university essays shine through our technical and detailed guidance. I not only collaborate with IELTS examiners and university professors to stay updated on the latest exam requirements, but I also provide my students with focused strategies that are both quick and easy to understand in the English course. Studying in international schools has helped me attain a good command over English by participating in various spelling bee competitions. My previous work experience was as a voice actor for an American-based company, where I was tasked with providing audios in an American accent. I graduated high school with a Commerce with Psychology background and achieved a 4.0 GPA. I would love to work as a tutor to those in need of improving their English skills. Living and learning in Bangkok, Thailand has opened my eyes to many new experiences with Canadian and British teachers.
