Hello all! I'm a math tutor with 5 years of combined experience teaching learners of all ages. I began teaching English as a Second Language in the United States while finishing my biology degree at the University of Colorado. After graduation, I started teaching math courses at Theodore International School and soon moved to Bangkok, where I taught at Australian International School. I primarily covered Secondary IGCSE Chemistry, Physics, and Biology courses but also continued working as a private math tutor in my free time. Currently, I work as a freelance data analyst with a focus on ecommerce and blockchain technology. Learning math doesn't have to be painful! My primary goal is always to ensure that my students are interested and engaged. I use material based on my students' interests and also strive to connect the material to the real world. During my PhD in Geoscience, I started private tutoring in science. After completing my PhD, I lectured for 1 year at University College London. In 2020, I relocated to Potsdam. Hi, my name is Randal. I am currently a final year student at HKUST. I mainly tutor English(ages 7-18), maths( ages 7-17) and college entrance exams. This includes APs, SATs, and IELTS. I am a British Korean who was raised and studied in the UK. I am a qualified medical doctor in the UK and have recently moved to Hong Kong, where I am currently taking a gap year. I graduated from Medical School at Imperial College London in 2020 and also achieved first-class honors in biomedical engineering Bsc. I attained 3A* and an A in my A-levels in the UK. I have extensive experience in teaching maths and sciences (biology, chemistry, physics) to a wide range of age groups, from 4 to 17 years old, and have taught seminars for group teaching. As part of my medical training, I have also completed teaching skills courses and been part of the medical school interview panels for five years. Being brought up in a traditional Korean family, I speak fluent Korean and English. Therefore, I am able to teach the aforementioned subjects in both languages and also teach Korean and English at a professional level. Mirabite, a Filipino residing in a municipality near Manila, Philippines, who used to tutor students for almost 20 years, preferably on math-related subjects, such as: Algebra, Arithmetic, Geometry, Trigonometry, Business Math, among others. I also teach English, especially grammar-related ones; and I have completed the requirements for 120-hour TESOL certificate. I have units in PhD and already under the dissertation stage. I am a product of the prestigious and well-known University of the Philippines (UP) at Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines with Masters of Arts Urban and Regional Planning and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
