For tutoring, I employ Socratic method where I try to make students understand concepts through question and answer. Aside from me asking leading questions, I encourage students to ask questions related to what they would want to clarify.

I am up to date with changes in the curriculum since I am currently teaching in an exclusive school for girls which offers in service trainings and ipdating for teachers.

I usually communicate with parents through email and set appointments for in person meetings to discuss their children's performance in math.

I do reteaching of lessons to ensure complete understanding of concepts covered in class before asking students to asnwer exercises and assignments. Then, I check their work and do revisions ensuring that they do not commit the same mistakes again.
