Hello, I love meeting and talking with people around the world and learning about the perspectives of people from different cultures. Travel, world culture, society and politics are all favourite discussion topics of mine. I have a PhD in psychology and also enjoy discussing personality and the mind. Me as a Teacher: During my PhD, I realised that I had a passion for teaching and decided to go into it full-time as a result. I have taught English professionally in the classroom in China, Cambodia, Georgia and the UK, and I also have several years of online English teaching experience. During my career, I have taught business English, and also IELTS and TOEFL preparation. I also particularly enjoy teaching pronunciation, phonics and accents.

I´ve been living in Alicante for the past eight years, speak Spanish and have been teaching English to students of all ages and levels since 2012 after completing a TEFL course. During my study, I have been teaching exchange students from overseas privately. Mainly focusing on day-to-day conversations (which is my best area), oral exam preparations, listening and creative writing. A lot of students are very good in writing and listening because schools have trained them to be able to read and write during exams.
