Professionally, I am a licensed general education and special education teacher. I have experience in teaching grades 3rd, 4th and 5th. I have also created academic special education programs for grades PK3 - 12th (both inclusion and resource room). I am interested in tutoring because I believe that all students have the capability to learn, some just need a little extra review or perhaps for the information to be explained differently. As a teacher I was awarded the teacher of the year award, and as an administrator I created special needs academic instruction where all students with an IEP scored basic and above in standardized testing.
