Hi! I'm Pauline and I'm a mixed-blood (Fil-Am). I've been in the ESL field for 4.5 years and have had various experiences in handling all types and levels of students. I used to work at a Korean academy, then became an online ESL teacher for Koreans and Chinese. I also became a TQA under VIPKID, assessing whether applicants pass or fail. Handling phonics for kids and facilitating free-talking conversations for adults are my specialties.
