Hello, my name is Glaiza. My teaching experience covers a wide array of subjects, levels and venues. I have taught both children and adults. I have had the pleasure to travel and lived abroad, specifically in some European countries. This has given me an understanding of the challenges of traveling and living in a country where the language spoken is not your own. It has also provided me with first-hand knowledge of the language skills needed to live, work, or travel abroad. I have a passion for lifelong learning and strive to impart that on all of my students. I believe learning a new language should be a fun and enriching process. I am a half French and Vietnamese university student. I have done the IB since 9 years old and graduated with the IB Diploma. Thus, I have a lot of experience dealing IB style assignments. Additionally I have very good writing skills, mostly essay writing. I am available to help with home assignments, beginners in English wanting to improve their writing. Throughout high school and university, I have excelled at both English and Maths- so I am able to tutor in both of these subjects. Currently, I live in the states where I au pair as well as a tutor a 6th grader.
