I am currently an undergraduate student in King's College London, majoring in Geography (Bachelor of Arts). I am fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Korean, and is still a beginner at French. I am focused on working with children of primary school age (4-11) and targeting their understanding of the curriculum. I am a history specialist, but as a teacher, I have a solid understanding of the primary curriculum and can tutor any subject that your child is struggling with. I have a BA in Primary Education and have gained QTS in this field. I am responsible for the learning of 30+ children at any time, but I love the personalized tuition I can provide when tutoring. I've always loved to learn and I am still eager to learn new things. I believe that with support, any child can be inspired to love learning and embrace the "light-bulb" moment when a topic they have struggled with in school suddenly becomes simple in a tutoring session. I also have experience with the Kent placement tests, both tutoring students in preparation for these and personally passing them. I graduated from the London School of Economics with a BA in Social Anthropology. As I venture through different opportunities, I'd like to spend a significant amount of time in the education field, with a goal of launching an academic consultancy in the next few years. I studied in Diocesan Girls' School, HK and Badminton School, UK where I completed my A-Levels. I am currently offering tutoring services for GCSE/IGCSE/AL English, English Literature, History, Government & Politics; DSE English; and all local English and Humanities courses at primary/juinor secondary level. I am currently an Interior Design student who aims to share my passion and encourage others to showcase their own creartivity. I am a strong believer that anything can be everything.

After I graduated in college as AB English, even if I am working as an Admin staff fulltime, I still pursue myself to study again and took up another 18 units in education which is TCP. I pursue this because I want to help students in younger generation to be admired and to become passionate in learning. I want them not to only to learn but also to encourage them to continue their dreams. I like to share my knowledge/experiences to them. I want them to realize that in todays generation we need to become flexible. I dont want them to lose hope. Some of kids today say that they dont have a chance to progress because they are just living on the street asking for food to somebody else since nobody cares for them. I am so pity for these street children. To be honest, we need to care for these children and give them a chance to live and go to school to learn something. Who knows later on, when they grow up and took education, they will become one of the Philippine pride. I saw a lot of that situation in my society mostly in Tondo, Manila. This is the big reason why want to help and give my service to them since they are the hope of our motherland. Not everything will just learn inside the four corners of the classroom but also on their home and on their community.
