I am British, born in the United Kingdom. I work part time at an International school in Bangkok, and dedicate my afternoons to private tutoring. I have a Post Graduate Certification in Education, International and Level 5 TEFL certificate. I specialise in teaching younger children as I love kids, have a creative mind, very patient and always make sure my students understand what they learn rather than just merely memorise things. I am skilled in teaching grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and creative writing (just to name a few). I also prepare worksheets, activities, reading exercises and include role-play too. With younger children, I teach through play, build students’ confidence when speaking English, teach phonics, new vocabulary, do role-play and tailor every lesson to meet the student’s needs.

As someone who loved anything to do with reading, writing, or English in school, I strive to help students in grades K-12 get the grades they need to succeed! Bonding with my students, as well as helping them reach their educational goals, is something I feel is very important. As a parent myself, I will address any concerns a parent may have.
