Hi! I'm Teacher May. I am an online Math, Science, and English tutor from Cabuyao, Laguna. I have 9 years of teaching experience, 4 of which are through online modality. I have taught Math, Science, English, and other subjects to kindergarten up to Grade 12 students. Also, I am a licensed teacher with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Science Teaching from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. I also have a master's degree in Science and Technology. I was born in Italy, but I have lived, studied, and worked in 30 countries across the EU and Asia, and I have managed clients in the USA (New York), Italy, and Switzerland. I obtained my C1 English certification at the age of 17, graduated in Switzerland and Denmark, and have worked in several EU countries. I founded my first company at 25 with over €125,000 in external funding. I have often been told that I have a unique ability to make even the shyest or most difficult people open up, as I always manage to put others at ease. :) I have been tutoring English for over 10 years and have helped students and professionals to: 1) Obtain the English certifications (such as C1) needed to gain access to prestigious universities; 2) Pass tests such as the GMAT, SAT, and GRE; 3) Enable Italian workers to work abroad or manage foreign clients. I'm Marta and I'm a student at the University of Amsterdam where I am obtaining my bachelor in Politics, Psychology, Law and Economics. I have a certified C1 level of English, but I also have an english diploma from a Canadian high school and I'm currenlty studying an english course.
