I graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in Linguistics and Modern Languages with over 15 years of experience teaching English at both local and international schools. I have mastered the skills and techniques for teaching students in a fun and engaging manner. Currently, I am teaching English language and SAT Exam preparation to my students, offering face-to-face as well as Zoom lessons.

I have been teaching English in Thailand for almost 20 years, to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced, and ages 3 to 68. Currently, I am living in Chonburi, but I have extensive experience in teaching online, including both one-on-one and group classes with up to 50 university students. This was a necessity during the height of COVID. Online teaching allows people from all over Thailand to study with me, regardless of their location. I particularly enjoy teaching higher levels, such as IELTS and TOEIC, but my flexibility allows me to teach students at all levels. With a business background, I have found it helpful when teaching at numerous major companies in Thailand. I have a deep passion for my job, and one of my biggest motivations is guiding my students to the next level. Throughout my teaching career, I have had students from various nationalities, although 95% of them have been Thai. This has allowed me to focus on helping Thai students overcome common errors they encounter. In summary, I specialize in teaching Thai students. My teaching style is laid-back, which works well with Thai students. However, it does not deter me from my goal of propelling my students to a new and higher level.

I have been living in Australia for 10 years and have over 5 years of experience in an English-speaking professional working environment. I hold an IELTS score of 8.0 (equivalent to DSE 5*-5**) and have developed strong communication skills through my role as a Senior Investment Analyst at the Australian National University.

I am a final-year student majoring in Chemistry at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and a Korean national. With five years of study in Auckland, New Zealand, where I graduated from a local high school, I have developed strong communication skills in English and can conduct lessons effectively in the language. Throughout my academic journey, I have received offers in Chinese Studies and Sciences at CUHK, as well as acceptance into prestigious programs like Engineering and Biomedical Science at the University of Auckland, along with a full scholarship offer from CUHK's Shenzhen campus. Additionally, I have internship experience in Bangkok, Thailand, and participated in an exchange program in the UK. I am also planning to pursue the PGCE Primary program at the University of Manchester, further enhancing my confidence and skills in teaching young learners. My teaching experience includes caring for children from host families, volunteering in after-school care at a local primary school in New Zealand, and tutoring students from kindergarten to middle school at an English academy in Korea. I have successfully taught over 60 students in various aspects of English, including phonics, reading, grammar, and conversational skills, both in-person and online. With my diverse background and passion for teaching, I am dedicated to helping my students enjoy learning and achieve their full potential.
