Hi friends! I just finished the first year of my Bachelor of Education at York University in Toronto, and loved it! I have always enjoyed working with children and have a passion for learning and education. I know that the students of today are our future and we must nurture and encourage their growth in a positive way. This is what motivates me to become an educator. I most enjoy teaching English/ESL and would describe my teaching style as student-centred, fun, inclusive, and flexible. I am a PhD candidate in humanities at York University, and have taught English, social sciences, academic writing, public speaking, and drama for over twenty years to hundreds of students between the ages of 15-65.
