Hi students! Im an English litreature and language teacher based in London, England. I also write and teach poetry. I am also trained in media,film and acting. I aim to improve the way you think about english and the skills and tips to develop your skills.

Compassionate and encouraging private tutor, specializing in English Literature, Writing, and English as a Second Language. I have four years worth of tutoring experience. I am adaptable and have worked with students ranging from ages 5-17. Recently, I've been accepted to Teacher's College, and hope to work with children grades 4-8. I graduated with an Honours Bachelor Degree from the University of Toronto in English. My passion is to help my students achieve their goals, and to improve their confidence in their areas of improvement. I am very knowledgable about the Ontario cirriculum and have experience helping students prep for EQAO (Grade 3 and Grade 6 Math and Language) and CASSI (Language).

I have extensive experience in several business environments as well as a passion for creating great communicators. English and Business Studies are my chosen subjects and my aim is to create a vibrant learning experience for my students. I'm based in Durban but am offering online tutoring so am available to come alongside students in their learning journey anywhere in the world. I believe that my years spent as part of an international crew on a recognised cruise liner have given me a clearer understanding of learning barriers - particularly in languages. My years spent in the wholesale, retail and manufacturing environments have resulted in "real time" experience of the business world.

I teach mainly English and Afrikaans at home-language and additional language level for any age group. I have experience working with children with learning disabilities. My post-graduate research is based on Linguistic Anthropology, looking at multi- and monolingualism in South Africa. I am based in Vredehoek in Cape Town, where I offer lessons from my home and online. I am an experienced tutor, employed freelance and at UCT teaching languages. Although able to be strict where needed, my teaching style is informal. I find students often struggle with confidence when learning new languages and so I foster a culture of confidence in my classes. Hello there! My name is Mark. I am a former primary school teacher with experience across all year groups, based predominantly in the northern areas of Manchester. As such, I am confident across all subjects across the primary curriculum, though my specialism is all things English-related. I will endeavour to create a lively yet focused learning experience for the student.
