I hold a Bachelor's Degree in English with a minor in Spanish, an IELTS credential, and a CELTA certification for teaching English to adults. I have lived abroad and understand the challenges of trying to communicate well in a different language for work and business. Additionally, I have worked as a User Experience (UX) Researcher for the past 5 years and have experience working with product teams, including software developers, designers, and PMs, for various tech companies.

I am an undergraduate LLB student with a passion for English that burns inside me. I am an avid reader and I want to tutor in English Home Language. I reside in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. I studied AP English at Collegiate Girls High School, where I was also head of the literary society.

I moved to the United States when I was 12 years old. I have 20 years of teaching experience in graphic design in higher education. Today, I focus on providing private lessons while building my business as a transformational coach, yoga instructor, and artist. I am happy to share my knowledge and to motivate my students to regain curiosity and find their passion.

My love for English and History started at a young age, from reading Nat Geo Kids books to participating in reading competitions at the age of 6. Helping children grow and be comfortable in reading, just like I was, is something I am extremely passionate about.
