I am Shafna, a dedicated and passionate educator with over 15 years of experience in teaching Science for middle and high school (Biology and Chemistry for high school). Throughout my career, I have consistently helped students improve their grades by implementing interactive and student-centered teaching approaches. My teaching style is highly interactive, encouraging students to think critically and engage deeply with the material. I create a supportive classroom environment where every student feels valued and motivated to succeed. I hold a Master's degree in Chemistry and Biology and have completed additional certifications in Physical and Natural Sciences. Currently, I am working in an American Bilingual School in Kuwait. I am also trilingual with fluent verbal and written skills in Arabic, English languages and experienced in dealing with different cultures and nationalities.
